Terms and conditions
Last update: November 2026.
By using this website, the Sinar SMP Minecraft server or our other projects, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use them.
Who we are
Sinar Studio is a small independent studio. It makes Sinar SMP (a Minecraft server), Omega Flowey RP (a Roblox game) and Soul Signal (a game in production). To reach us, use the help chat on this site or our YouTube channel @SinarSMP_official.
Your account
- You need a real email address that you can open. You must confirm it.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Your username must not be rude, hateful, or pretend to be someone else (a player, a staff member, a company).
- If you are under 15, ask a parent or guardian first.
- You can delete your profile at any time on the account page.
Good behaviour
Do not try to break, overload or attack the website or the server, to find other people's data, or to use bots on the forms. The rules of the Minecraft server (no cheating, hacking, griefing, insults or macros) are on the home page and also apply to your account on this site.
Bans and removal
We can remove an account or a username, or ban a player, who breaks these terms or the server rules. If you think it was a mistake, send us a report in the help chat.
The server and the games
Sinar SMP and our games are free and offered as they are. The server is open on set hours and can close, restart, lose data or change at any time, without warning and without payment. In-game items and money have no real value and cannot be exchanged for real money. We do our best, but we cannot promise that everything always works.
Votes and rewards
Rewards for voting are given for fun and can change or stop at any time. Trying to cheat the vote can lead to the loss of rewards or a ban.
Our work
The logos, the texts, the music, the art and the games of Sinar Studio belong to Sinar Studio. You can share links to them and show them in videos, but please do not copy them and say they are yours. Sinar SMP is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Omega Flowey RP is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation. Undertale and Deltarune belong to their creators; Soul Signal is an original game.
Responsibility
As far as the law allows, Sinar Studio is not responsible for losses that come from using the website, the server or the games (for example a lost build, a lost account, or a service that is down). This does not remove any right that the law gives you and that cannot be removed.
Changes
We can change these terms. The date at the top shows the last update. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
